No. Our tours are suitable for beginners and experienced snorkelers. The crew provides safety instructions, equipment guidance, and support before entering the water.
What should I bring on the tour?
Bring swimwear, a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, and a reusable water bottle. A light cover-up and waterproof phone case are also recommended.
Is snorkeling equipment included?
Yes. Masks, snorkels, fins, and flotation equipment are included with guided snorkeling tours. Guests may also bring their own properly fitted equipment.
Are children allowed on the tours?
Yes. Many tours are family-friendly, but age limits may vary depending on the route and water conditions. Children must remain supervised by a parent or guardian.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Tours may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled when conditions are unsafe. Our team will contact affected guests and provide the available rebooking or refund options.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes before departure. This allows enough time for check-in, equipment fitting, and the pre-tour safety briefing.
