Rescheduling Policy Due to Weather | Down Under Tiki Tours

 

At Down Under Tiki Tours, your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. While we strive to ensure every tour goes as planned, weather conditions can sometimes affect our ability to operate safely. Please review our rescheduling policy for weather-related disruptions:

 

  1. Weather Cancellations:

If a tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions, we will notify you as soon as possible. This includes heavy rain, storms, high winds, or other conditions that may affect the safety of our tours.

 

  1. Rescheduling Options:

– You will have the option to **reschedule your tour** to an available future date at no additional cost.

– Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will work with you to find the most suitable time for your rescheduled tour.

 

  1. Credit or Refund:

If rescheduling is not possible, you can choose to receive a **credit** for the full amount of your booking, valid for a future tour with us. Alternatively, you 12 months to use credit.

  1. Customer-Initiated Changes:

If you would like to reschedule due to personal concerns about the weather, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled tour. Rescheduling under these circumstances will be subject to availability.

 

  1. No-Show Policy:

If you do not attend your scheduled tour and have not contacted us regarding weather concerns or requested a reschedule, no refund or credit will be provided.
